Platform Role

ContractStay connects renters with property owners. We do not manage bookings or handle payments between parties.

User Responsibility

Renters and property owners are responsible for verifying details and completing agreements independently.

Accuracy of Listings

Property owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. ContractStay is not liable for inaccuracies.
